• Deliverables may be relied upon only for the intended use stated on them
• Reliance by third parties requires our written agreement
• Accuracy statements describe the tolerance achieved under actual capture conditions
• A deliverable describes conditions observed on the capture date and does not warrant conditions afterwards

Professional boundaries

Legal boundary surveys, final tax positions, licensed engineering conclusions, official valuations, thermal diagnoses and legal opinions require qualified professionals. Nothing on this site or in a deliverable substitutes for those services.

Intellectual property

Site content, marks and materials are owned by Property Intelligence OS. Rights in captured data and deliverables are allocated in the engagement contract.

Third-party systems

This site links to SuiteDash and to the Property Intelligence workspace. Those systems have their own terms, and this website does not authenticate users or hold portal credentials.
