Integrations

Described integration capability — not a claimed certification.

The platform is designed to connect: an API for the property record, a clear boundary with the SuiteDash CRM layer, structured exports for CAD/BIM/GIS/asset systems, and workflows built around how professional partners actually receive and use documentation. This page describes how those connections work, not a list of certified third-party partnerships.

Property Intelligence OS API

Programmatic access to the structured property record.

The API surfaces the same structured Property DNA data the workspace itself is built on — record identity, layers, evidence links and review status — for systems that need to consume it directly rather than through the workspace UI.

Record and layer access

Read access to a property's structured record — parcel through deliverable — scoped to what a given integration is authorized to see.

Status and review state

Endpoints surface current validation and review status alongside the data itself, so a consuming system does not have to infer whether a record is final.

API access and scope are configured per engagement. Availability and specific endpoints depend on the service package and are confirmed during scoping, not assumed as a default for every account.

System boundary

The technical workspace and the CRM are deliberately separate.

Property Intelligence OS holds the technical record. SuiteDash holds the commercial and client-relationship layer — proposals, invoicing, messaging and account administration. Keeping the boundary explicit prevents commercial data from leaking into the technical record, and vice versa.

Property Intelligence workspace

  • Property DNA records
  • Spatial data and point clouds
  • Evidence libraries and provenance
  • AI-assisted extraction workflows
  • Measurements and quantity schedules
  • Professional review queue
  • Technical deliverables

SuiteDash

  • CRM and contact records
  • Proposals and contracts
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Client onboarding
  • Appointments and scheduling
  • Messaging and support tickets
  • Client-friendly project status

Exports

Structured exports to CAD, BIM, GIS and asset systems.

Property DNA data exports to formats compatible with common design, mapping and asset management tools, so a record can feed downstream workflows without manual re-entry. See our open standards page for the format-by-data-type breakdown.

CAD / BIM

Spatial captures and digital twin models export in formats compatible with common CAD and BIM authoring tools for design, renovation planning and coordination.

GIS

Georeferenced orthomosaics and site data export for import into common GIS platforms for mapping and portfolio-level spatial analysis.

Asset / CMMS systems

Structured asset registers and condition data export in tabular form suitable for import into asset management or maintenance systems.

Professional partner workflows

Built around how engineers, appraisers and adjusters actually work.

Engineers, appraisers, insurance adjusters, tax advisors and other qualified professionals engage with a Property DNA record as an evidence source for their own licensed work — not as a system they are locked into using.

  • Deliverables package evidence, findings and provenance in a form a partner can review independently of our platform.
  • Structured exports let a partner's own tools ingest the record without manual re-transcription.
  • Review status is visible so a partner knows whether a finding has already been professionally verified or remains a candidate for their determination.
  • We describe this as an integration capability of the platform, not a certified or exclusive partnership with any named third-party vendor or firm.

Capability, described accurately

Everything on this page describes what the platform is built to do. It is not a claim of formal certification with, or endorsement by, any specific CAD, BIM, GIS, asset-management or CRM vendor. Specific integration scope is confirmed per engagement.

Professional boundaries

  • Legal boundary and property line determinations require a licensed land surveyor.
  • Final tax positions, asset lives and depreciation treatment require a qualified tax professional.
  • Structural, mechanical and other engineering conclusions require a licensed engineer.
  • Official valuations and appraisals require a licensed appraiser.
  • Thermal imagery indicates apparent anomalies only and is not a diagnosis.
  • Legal opinions, causation findings and expert testimony require qualified counsel and retained experts.
