Platform / Evidence model
Every finding traces back to the evidence that produced it.
Images, scans, documents and measurements are the raw material behind Property DNA. Each carries structured metadata describing where it came from, how it moved through the system, and how confident anyone should be in relying on it.
What travels with every piece of evidence.

From field to delivered record.
An unbroken, logged path from the moment evidence is captured to the moment it appears in a deliverable — so provenance can be audited, not just asserted.
- 01
Field capture
Imagery, point clouds and documents captured on-site with device, method and operator logged at the moment of capture.
- 02
Ingestion
Raw capture is ingested into the workspace with an ingestion timestamp, checksum and initial quality screen.
- 03
Processing
Registration, reconstruction and AI-assisted extraction run against the raw capture, with every derived artifact linked back to it.
- 04
Structuring
Extracted measurements and candidate findings are attached to the relevant Property DNA nodes, still marked unreviewed.
- 05
Professional review
A qualified reviewer verifies the structured output against the source capture and either confirms, corrects or rejects it.
- 06
Delivery
Reviewed evidence and findings publish into the deliverable, carrying their full provenance and review status forward.
Provenance is what makes evidence usable by a third party.
A qualified professional relying on our documentation — an engineer, an appraiser, a tax advisor, an insurer — needs to know how a piece of evidence was produced and whether it has been verified. The evidence model exists to answer that without requiring a call back to us.
Auditable, not asserted
Time-honest
Use-bound
Unreviewed evidence is labeled, not hidden
Professional boundaries
- Legal boundary and property line determinations require a licensed land surveyor.
- Final tax positions, asset lives and depreciation treatment require a qualified tax professional.
- Structural, mechanical and other engineering conclusions require a licensed engineer.
- Official valuations and appraisals require a licensed appraiser.
- Thermal imagery indicates apparent anomalies only and is not a diagnosis.
- Legal opinions, causation findings and expert testimony require qualified counsel and retained experts.
