Information we collect

• Contact and organization details you submit through the Request a Property Plan form
• Property details you provide so an engagement can be scoped
• Attribution data such as referring page, landing path and campaign parameters
• Consent status and the timestamp at which consent was given

Why we collect it

We use the information to respond to your request, scope an engagement, issue proposals and contracts, and deliver the work. We do not sell personal information and we do not use submitted property details for advertising.

• SuiteDash — client relationship management, proposals, contracts, invoicing, messaging and appointments
• The Property Intelligence workspace — technical records, evidence and deliverables
• Infrastructure and email providers used to host this site and communicate with you

Capture data and site imagery

Field capture may incidentally record people, vehicles and neighbouring property. We limit capture to the engagement scope, restrict access to the record, and will obscure or remove incidental personal detail on request where doing so does not compromise the evidentiary value of the deliverable.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained while an opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records and captured data are retained for the period agreed in the engagement contract, because deliverables frequently need to be defensible years after release.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Contact us through the form on this site and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained under a contract or legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only what is necessary to function, together with an analytics abstraction that is disabled unless an analytics key is configured. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
