What this group does not conclude

Documentation supports qualified decisions; it does not replace them.

  • Aerial Mapping and Site Intelligence: Accuracy must be reported according to control and validation. Legal survey or certified topographic work requires a licensed survey partner.
  • Roof and Building Envelope Documentation: Visible documentation does not diagnose concealed moisture, structural failure, code compliance or remaining service life without qualified review.
  • Matterport Digital Twin and Interior Visualization: A digital twin is not automatically a sealed survey, design drawing, code inspection or licensed engineering product.
  • Floor Plans, CAD/BIM and Point-Cloud Deliverables: Exports are reference data unless separately validated and professionally issued for the intended use.
  • Gaussian Splatting and Immersive Property View: Gaussian splats are immersive visualization, not authoritative geometry, legal-survey data, BIM or approved measurement records.

Listed prices are the exact fixed fee for the Standard scope. Each service publishes five named scopes, and your property qualifies for exactly one of them based on building count and enclosed area. We confirm the applicable scope and the exact fee in writing before anything is scheduled. Travel beyond the first 60 one-way road miles, qualified professional review, sealed work, filing, laboratory testing and third-party fees are always itemised separately.
