Two commitments we can actually keep.
We do not guarantee outcomes, because the conclusions drawn from a property record belong to qualified professionals. What we can commit to is our own work: the specification we print on a deliverable, and the price we published before you confirmed it.
Re-capture commitment
If a released deliverable does not meet the accuracy specification stated on that deliverable, we re-capture and re-issue it at no additional charge.
The specification is written on the deliverable before you accept it, so the test is objective. This covers our capture and processing work. It is not a promise about what a professional concludes from the data, and it does not extend to conditions that changed at the property after capture.
- Applies to the accuracy specification printed on the deliverable at release.
- Raised within 30 days of delivery, in writing, identifying the deliverable and the specification missed.
- Excludes changes at the property after the capture date.
Scope-lock commitment
Once you confirm a scope, the published price for that scope is the price invoiced. We do not re-price after the visit.
If the property turns out to sit in a larger scope than confirmed, we tell you before capture and you decide whether to proceed at the higher published scope or stop at no cost. We never discover the difference afterwards and add it to the invoice.
- Separately identified fee lines are stated in advance: travel beyond the standard service area, permits, laboratory testing, third-party data fees and sealed professional work.
- A return visit caused by access that was unavailable on the scheduled day is quoted before it is scheduled.
The process, in three lines.
No form, no portal ticket required, no negotiation.
Tell us which specification was missed
Name the deliverable and the accuracy statement printed on it. That statement is the test.
We check it against the capture record
Every deliverable is traceable to source capture, so the check is a matter of record rather than opinion.
We re-capture and re-issue
At our cost, on the next available capture date, with the corrected deliverable carrying the same specification.
What scheduling actually looks like right now.
Capture is typically scheduled 2 to 3 weeks out
Standard service area is 60 road miles from base; beyond that, mileage is itemised
Reviewed deliverables follow the visit by 5 to 14 calendar days depending on scope
These are current operating figures, not a promise. Your confirmed scope states the actual dates in writing before anything is scheduled.
Read the commitments, then read the price.
Tell us the property and the decision. You get a written scope with an exact price before anything is scheduled.
